TAV Information Services is expanding its operations at Enfidha Hammamet International Airport and is looking for a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Good knowledge of network environments (TCP/IP, RTC, etc.).
• Familiarity with Linux commands.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Junior candidates with strong technical skills are welcome to apply.
• Additional skills (preferred but not required):
  • Knowledge of databases.
  • Experience in airport-related IT systems.
  • Microsoft Windows certification.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and on-site intervention for back-office systems, airport applications, and networks.
• Assist system administrators in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Monitor IT systems and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Investigate system alerts before escalating issues to higher-level support.
• Perform regular maintenance of IT equipment.

Work Environment & Conditions:

• This role requires working in a dynamic airport environment, including on-site interventions in different areas of the airport.
• The position follows a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must be eligible to work in Tunisia and willing to travel if required.
