Position: Compliance Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance of various products across different fields (electric, electronic, food, toys, sports, etc.) with European standard quality norms.

• Conduct tests and inspections (laboratory checks, review of test reports), develop and update control procedures and testing guidelines.

• Perform conformity checks as well as other periodic inspections.

• Contribute to the development of the compliance control plan.

• Validate mandatory markings, labels, and pictograms on products prior to export.

• Develop various monitoring systems.

• Monitor and analyze product control data.

• Identify non-conformities against European directives, deviations, and implement preventive and corrective actions.

• Complete follow-up and traceability reports for controls and products in accordance with European standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Higher education in Chemistry, Electronics, Biotechnology, or an equivalent field (Master's level - Bac+5)

• Experienced and versatile profile

• Desired experience in knowledge of European regulations

• Strong command of the French and English languages

• Proficiency in computer tools

• Initiative, creativity

• Adaptability, dynamic reasoning, ability to learn and propose solutions

• Strong interpersonal skills
