Position: Compliance Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance of various products across different fields (electric, electronic, food, toys, sports, etc.) with European standard quality norms.
- Conduct tests and inspections (laboratory checks, review of test reports), develop and update control procedures and testing guidelines.
- Perform conformity checks as well as other periodic inspections.
- Contribute to the development of the compliance control plan.
- Validate mandatory markings, labels, and pictograms on products prior to export.
- Develop various monitoring systems.
- Monitor and analyze product control data.
- Identify non-conformities against European directives, deviations, and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Complete follow-up and traceability reports for controls and products in accordance with European standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications:
- Higher education in Chemistry, Electronics, Biotechnology, or an equivalent field (Master's level - Bac+5)
- Experienced and versatile profile
- Desired experience in knowledge of European regulations
- Strong command of the French and English languages
- Proficiency in computer tools
- Initiative, creativity
- Adaptability, dynamic reasoning, ability to learn and propose solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills
