Your Role: As a Logistician, you will manage customs clearance and order deliveries, track container shipments with freight forwarders, create delivery schedules, and verify transport invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizes and optimizes, under the supervision of the logistics manager, the customs clearance and delivery of orders placed by buyers.
• Ensures the follow-up of container deliveries with freight forwarders and platforms in France.
• Develops and communicates the delivery schedule for containers.
• Verifies and validates transport invoices.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge and mastery of Incoterms.
• Knowledge and mastery of international freight transport regulations.
• Knowledge of the steps involved in international maritime transport operations.
• Familiarity with the customs classification of consumer goods.
• Understanding of the main financial and accounting management rules for a company.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to read transport documents: Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, CMR Waybill, etc.
• Ability to conduct brief discussions in English.
• Ability to analyze and detect anomalies in transport operations.
• Ability to optimize processes.
• Proficiency in using information systems and collaborative work platforms.
• Advanced level of proficiency in French.
• Intermediate level of proficiency in English.

Qualifications:

• Graduated with a Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in Logistics or International Trade and Customs.
• Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in international logistics: maritime transport, international trucking, booking, and documentation.
