You will structure the financial area and ensure the development and implementation of efficient procedures to guarantee the accuracy of financial information. You will prepare detailed financial reports with critical analysis and valuable insights for the company’s strategy. You will prepare monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and financial analysis reporting. You will maintain the company's general ledger according to the Tunisian and group regulations. You will develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs and identify areas for improvement and optimization opportunities.
University Degree in accounting, finance or similar areas. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in finance in an international company. Demonstrated ability to manage accounting, controlling, planning, treasury, working capital, tax. A strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to identify key issues and creatively and strategically overcome internal. Fluent in English – mandatory. Availability to travel.
