HorizonLux, based in Kelibia, Nabeul, develops high-quality web and mobile apps. We’re looking for a passionate Growth Hacker to drive rapid growth and take our business to the next level.

Role Overview: As a Growth Hacker at HorizonLux, your mission is to find innovative ways to rapidly scale our user base, increase customer retention, and drive revenue growth. You’ll experiment with various strategies, analyze data, and leverage creative solutions to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experimentation: Design and run rapid, data-driven experiments to discover new growth opportunities.

  • SEO & Backlinking: Optimize our website to rank higher on search engines and build high-quality backlinks to boost visibility.

  • Conversion Optimization: Analyze user behavior and optimize our website to increase conversions.

  • Content & Social Media: Create engaging content and manage social media campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.

  • Trend Spotting: Identify and capitalize on emerging trends to stay ahead of the curve.

  • Growth Campaigns: Plan, execute, and iterate on growth campaigns, using both traditional and unconventional channels.

  • Data Analysis: Track and measure the success of growth experiments and campaigns, using insights to refine strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Background in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a related field.

  • Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions to drive growth.

  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to track metrics and make data-informed decisions.

  • Technical Savvy: Familiarity with tools and techniques for SEO, content creation, and analytics.

  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and quickly adapt to new trends and challenges.

  • Content Creation: Proficient in creating visually appealing content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
