ArpuPlus leading on venture builder & one of the top mobile entertainment and communication solutions providers in the MENA Region is currently seeking an experienced IT Project Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Supervise and lead the team to achieve set objectives.
• Continuous Training: Ensure ongoing training for team members to help them progress to senior roles.
• Team Control: Monitor and manage team activities to maximize efficiency.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with technical and marketing teams to integrate and launch projects successfully.
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• RBT Management: Ensure Upload.RBT and tracking revenue with operators 
• Helpdesk Supervision: Oversee the helpdesk to ensure quick and effective responses to user requests.

Required Skills:

• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with various teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in employee training and development.
