Skills and Requirements:
  • Legal Knowledge: You must have experience working in the legal field. Office management in the legal setting is preferred. 
    • Diploma in law in a related field, paralegal certification, or equivalent work experience.
    • Completely fluent in English (American Accent) – Required
    • Diploma in English or TOFEL score of more than 90 – Preferred
    • Computer typing proficiency of 50+ WPM along with good computer skills (Google calendar, Microsoft Excel, word) 
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
  • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in using various digital tools, platforms, and legal software.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in reviewing documents, schedules, and client communications.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Resourcefulness in resolving issues and finding solutions independently.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time Management: Efficiently allocate time and resources to meet deadlines and achieve objectives
  • Previous experience (2 years minimum) as a legal assistant, paralegal, or in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with access to a reliable internet connection.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
