xTECH is seeking two enthusiastic and driven marketers to join our dynamic team. We’re looking for a collaborator who can help define what needs to be done and then execute it in an environment characterized by flexibility, data-driven curiosity, and teamwork. You must not be afraid of big and unknown challenges, be innovative, entrepreneurial in spirit and have amazing problem solving and people skills. We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Manager to join our team, your role will be to build top-notch branding, content and PR strategies to make xTECH a strongly desired workplace as well as the authoritative voice and the most recognized service provider in Tunisia with an international-reach mindset.

Responsibilities

Define xTECH’s brand identity and marketing strategy by identifying meaningful differentiation, developing consistent cross-channel messages and creating strong visual brand assets

Build and develop our marketing content strategy, through blog posts, social media publications, videos, newsletters, opinion columns, etc…

Propose and organize innovative PR events with our team, clients and partners

Revamp and enhance our Career pages across platforms in collaboration with our manager

Design and implement efficient ROIst leads acquisition strategies Grow inbound leads through consistent marketing content and lead generation strategies

Create a unified and harmonized top-notch branding across all supports

Grow inbound applications from top schools candidates by building a strong Employer Branding strategy in collaboration with our Talent Manager

Define, build and optimize automated multi-channel campaign journeys

Develop landing pages and templates within the Marketing platform

Send trigger based campaigns

Crafting and executing xTECH's digital marketing plans

Creating and implementing a social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Tiktok

Overseeing and maintaining the functionality of xTECH's website(s) and social media accounts

Crafting compelling and optimized content for our online platforms and social media channels

Monitoring website traffic patterns and producing regular internal reports

Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing

Collaborating with the team on exciting new projects

Achieving key performance targets

Exigences

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Proficiency on how a marketing automation system works.

Outstanding writing skills with proven success creating compelling marketing copy

Ability to work independently with minimal direction

Thrive in a fast-paced environment

Passion for metrics, data, and process

HTML/CSS skills are a PLUS
