Remote Work, you are responsible for the administration of the complaints received (handling, evaluation of the need for technical investigation, request for additional information). You review and evaluate complaints, participates in the evaluation and analysis of risks associated with reported incidents. You identify and report patient safety issues to your management.
You ensure communication with the departments concerned within the production department and ensure that complaints concerning suppliers are forwarded to them. You participate in the research of industrial traceability data and verify the investigations carried out (confirmation of anomalies, determination of causes and potential impacts) in order to prepare the claim closure file.
You take charge of and prepare responses to requests from health authorities. You participate in third party meetings, audits and inspections.
With a Master / scientific or engineer degree, You have experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry in a Quality Assurance and/or Customer Complaint Management department. You have professional level in English (read/written/spoken) and Fluent French. Computer skills: MS office / databases/Excel advanced
