Information Systems Officer

Missions

• Administer the ERP Dynamics and the referencing of key data (users, access rights, articles, prices, etc.)

• Manage work in batches (periodic clean-up of data, periodic transformation of data, analytical accounting, etc.)

• Assist users (first one to process users requests)

• Collect and process users and management needs

• Coordinate work with the different technological partners

• Ensure compliance with management procedures

• Suggest improvements

• Manage upgrade projects

Qualifications

• You are at least a post graduated (Bac+3) in Administrative Data Processing (Informatique de Gestion)

• Experience: intermediate (1-3 years) in a similar position

• Good knowledge of computer tools

• Good knowledge of management processes (accounting and financial concepts)

• English communication skills (written and spoken), next to local language skills.

• Strong ability to be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks 

• Ability to perform all tasks in a confidential manner
