CRIT is looking for an Administrative Staff for it's client a Multinational Company.
Job Requirements :
- Duties:
General Affairs and Assistance to management
Procurements
Bookings, contact point for Hotels, Airlines and Airport welcome services
Meeting arrangements, including taking memo
Permits & authorization
Updating contact list and reporting
Support for accounting
Driver and transfer arrangement
+ Company house general affairs including contacts with maid / gardener
+ IT / telecom assistance – cell/internet contract with vendors (but just in case the person has basic knowledge)
+ Assistance in CSR Projects
2. Required skills:
Language: Fluency in English, French (writing & speaking)
Knowledge in General Affairs, Secretary, basic knowledge in accounting, basic knowledge in IT-telecom preferable
Communication capability using various tools (intranet, SMS, mail etc)
Soft skills: organizational, time management, communication, attention to details, team work
Academic background: university degree preferable
Experience: Around two years’ experience preferably in similar environment
Personal traits and soft skills : positive, proactive, eager to learn, dynamic, respect, integrity
