Education / Certifications:

·  Master’s Degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics

  Experience:

·  At least 2 years relevant experience preferably from the Banking and/or Financial Industry

Required knowledge: 

·  Good computer skills able to manage logical expressions efficiently

·  Proficiency in Excel and handling database

·  Knowledge of data processing and reporting

·  Background knowledge of local economic factors and business environment.

·  Background knowledge of local banking regulation

·  Knowledge of financial and risk analysis.  

Principal Responsibilities and Deliverables of Role:

·  Developing statistical tools for decision making purposes

·  Reporting to Group and Business on Credit Performance (Retail and WB)

·  Prepares an integrated database from the various data sources of the bank using spreadsheets and data programming tools to extract relevant and useful information

·  Evaluates inconsistencies by breaking the data into its component parts to make sure figures being reported are accurate and comprehensible

·  Collaborates with various Risk Management units through regular discussions to have a better understanding of the risk reporting requirements

·  Documents the data processing and report preparation through a comprehensive manual to ensure quick transition and continuity in case of extended leaves or resignation

·  Develops data processing programs and reporting tools with the support of IT to efficiently generate standardized reports and easily capture quantitative data

·  Generates accurate reports on a timely basis by following a structured process to ensure compliance with the approved SLA

·  Prepares a set of standard reports for ALCO and assisting the CCRO in setting the liquidity management framework

·  Participate in resolving any open audit issues related to credit & risk and assist other departments if needed.
