- Facilitating human resources processes
- Demonstrable skill in independent problem-solving
- Excellent Knowledge in Microsoft Office and reporting.
- Conducting payroll and other HR programs
- Able to quickly and accurately pull several different data points together in a query to create a reliable report
Responsibilities:
- To be the liaison point between Country Manager, regional HR and Senior Managers
- Ensuring the accuracy of monthly HR reports in terms of data and respect of deadlines
- Planning and conducting the recruitment and interview processes
