Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in management or related subject,
  • Knowledge of human resources processes an labor law

Experience:

  • At least 2 years working experience,

Skills and abilities:

  • Excellent command in English- French
  • Reliable and able to work on confidential project
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with team members
  • Facilitating human resources processes
  • Demonstrable skill in independent problem-solving
  • Excellent Knowledge in Microsoft Office and reporting.
  • Conducting payroll and other HR programs
  • Able to quickly and accurately pull several different data points together in a query to create a reliable report

Responsibilities:

  • To be the liaison point between Country Manager,  regional HR and Senior Managers
  • Ensuring the  accuracy of monthly HR reports in terms of  data and respect of deadlines  
  • Planning and conducting the recruitment and interview processes
