We are looking for a product marketing manager to help shape go-to-market strategies for Coding Dojos’s future course offerings. You’ll join a rapidly growing marketing team that’s tasked with deeply understanding our students, generating insights to inform product strategy, driving our product launch efforts, and telling our story to prospective students through our website, marketing, and sales channels.



  • Summary: Develop positioning and messaging for new and existing products by understanding competitive drivers, researching market trends, and aggregating the needs of our students.
  • Market Research: Assist in determining which products to bring to market through third party research, direct communication with students and competitors, and financial analysis.
  • Project Mgmt: Manage product launches, brief content and design teams, and ensure our unique value proposition is represented consistently across sales and marketing collateral.
  • Sales Enablement: Ensure Sales and Marketing teams have the information and collateral needed to drive growth through their channels, by developing sales tools and content like landing pages, open house decks, internal trainings, and student-facing collateral.
  • Presentations: Pitch and prepare decks for in-depth discussions with key stakeholders and senior management. Presentations will cover topics such as new product launches, competitive research, and product performance.
  • Support new products post-launch through promotions, product improvements, channel mix adjustments, and/or improved messaging.
