Description de l'annonce:

The challenge:

You will be part of the global Human Resources function (called “Group HR”), which is in charge of the design, implementation and monitoring for all HR-related processes across the company. Moreover, the members of the department partner with the business to support their strategies. Some of the key missions of the department are to modernize the way we do HR, to promote our Values & Behaviors and to bring people’s managers skills to the next level.

We are starting a new project to digitalize and automate all HR administration processes, and we need you to help their design and implementation. From onboarding to offboarding, you will be in charge of shaping all global administrative processes and localizing them in each country. Based on that, you will then configure the HRIS tool to support those processes. Furthermore, you will be involved in the design of interfaces between various systems (e.g.: Payroll, Time management), as well as provide expertise and support on SAP HR.

The role:

Reporting to the HR Project Manager, you will be the expert on all HR administrative processes (e.g.: new hire onboarding, Employee changes, etc.), and will support the HRIS technology. In coordination with several subject matter experts, you will analyze business needs, propose recommendations, deploy solutions and reinforce their usage. Change management and Reporting will be key elements of your responsibilities.

Your daily activities will require you work closely with the program management, technical consultants, the IT department, HR colleagues in our markets, Group HR, Subject Matter Experts and more.

To be successful in this position, you will possess the following attributes:

Entrepreneurial mind-set: you are fully in charge of your area of expertise, and are capable of reaching your objectives under limited supervision. You are not afraid of taking initiatives and proposing creative solutions.

Analytical skills: by gathering and analyzing data, you quickly identify the key problems and opportunities. You are able to synthetize those and communicate them to very different audiences and ensure buy-in from everyone involved.

Capacity to translate business needs into technical solutions: working with IT and HR, you make sure the final product (process, system) fulfills your customers’ (HR, employees, managers) needs and requirements.

While no specific technical knowledge or certification is required, a passion for technology is fundamental. You bring a very good understanding of how to make best use of technology. You are also capable of proposing creative solutions to mitigate its shortcomings.

Professional experience required

• You have implemented digital HR Administrative processes including design, testing, training, cut-over and support.

• You are familiar with HR employee Self-Service, Knowledge Base, HR Case Management, Workflow Management.

• You have a very good functional experience of HR systems, both on premise (SAP preferred) and in the cloud (e.g.: Workday, UKG/PeopleDoc, Neocase or others).

• Communication is key, and you are at ease interacting at all levels of the organization. You must be fluent in English.
