Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the supervision system for alarms
• Acknowledge alarms and take actions according to procedure
• Escalate issues to higher level when needed
• Handles level 1 tickets, answer, update, follow-up
• Helpdesk activities
• Work in night shift
• Interacts with product Development teams & Operations team

Skills:

• Very organized and rigorous
• Problem solving oriented
• Basic linux operating systems knowledge (Red Hat is an advantage)
• Understanding of technologies, operating systems, networking
• Fluent english

Required technical background:

• Experience with Nagios/Centreon
• Previous NOC experience
