Binit Nearshore Services (BinitNS) is a Consulting and Services corporation operating in the ITO and BPO areas. We advise and help our clients wishing to set an extension of their own European teams with teams in Tunisia.
One of our clients is an online billing and payment services provider based in the netherlands. The company offers services such as e-wallets, a great range of back-office activities with a large number of international payment methods and a completely digitized invoicing system.
We are looking to hire for this client a team of back office agents.
As a back office agent,
Your Mission consists on:
- Uploading new customer documents, reviewing them following certain rules and entering additional information to complete the file
- Working on portfolio processes and checking data for the existing customer documents
Your qualifications:
- Master in Management , Finance or marketing
- Less than two years of experience
- Very Good level in English: writing and reading
- Excellent computer skills
- Attention to details and procedures
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
Good working conditions and package
