Assistance to the HR department in administrative and secretarial tasks
Assist the HRD in the recruitment process for open positions; posts jobs, sources candidates, reviews resumes, conducts phone interviews and in person interviews, and completes reference checks.
Tracks probations period, including sending reminders to supervisors
Support to HRD in various Human Resources projects.
Maintain confidentiality and accurate HR files
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Functional skills (to know):
Fluent in French and English
Knowledge of principles and practices of HR administration
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Proficiency in using a variety of computer software applications, specifically Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft Word

Education and Experience:
Degree in economics or similar
2-3 years of professional experience in HR
