We are currently looking for a person for the position:

Summary of main purpose of Division/Department (Engineering Dpt):

Ensure successful projects transfers and industrialization.

Improve the production processes and flows in such a way that the targets of quality, safety, efficiency and deliveries are met.

Summary of main purpose of this job (Process Training Engineer):

Ensure an effective training of the DP employees in order to quickly achieve operational excellent performances (Quality, efficiency and delivery)

Essential requirements of skills, experience, physical requirements etc.:

1) University degree: Engineer in electricity, electronics, mechatronic

2) Professional experience - at least 5 years in engineering or in a similar position

3) Able de define an effective training plan of the Direct People

4) Fast learner in production processes

5) Creative person

6) Good teaching skills

7) Computer skills : MS Office, SAP is an advantage

8) Language skills: Good written and spoken  English

9) Good knowledge of continuous improvement tools

10) Good organizational skills

11) Very good communication skills.

12) Credible

13) Flexible

Main tasks, duties, authorization limits and deputy functions:

  1. In coordination with production managers, analyze the training needs of Direct People

  2. Lead the training, assessment and development  of DP employees according H+S GMS process (Global management system)

  3. Prepare effective technical training modules per process

  4. Define the required employee profile of every process step

  5. Support the production team in the Translation of the work instructions from English to French

  6. Support the production managers in personnel development

  7. In coordination with production and quality team ensure and maintain high lean standards in the training school.

  8. Ensure the physical training of the DP employees on the production execution steps in the training school or if necessary in the production line

  9. Assess the profile of every employee in order to ensure adequacy with the required profile in a given workstation

  10. In coordination with production and quality team ensure good assignment of the DP to the right process step in order to ensure high quality and delivery performance

  11. Refresh training of  the low performers

  12. Accompany and coach the trained employees in their ramp-up

  13. Update skill matrix of DP

  14. Communicate the achieved results after training to the management team

  15. Can replace the Process Engineer
