Your main mission:
You should assist our customers through the various communication channels to help them find answers to their questions and resolve technical issues if necessary.
The work mainly consists of:
● Processing of complaints / requests received through: Live Chat on the website, Facebook page, Whatsapp, Email.
● Answering to comments on the Facebook page
● Analyzing technical problems and escalated a complaint to the department concerned.
Required profile :
Excellent command of written English
Comfortable speaking English
Knowledge of sports betting required (betting rules , General terms and conditions of use, etc.)
Positive, you like working in a team and also know how to manage your work independently.
