You are responsible of recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates; according to company budget and group procedures. You are responsible of drafting and issuing the labor contracts; administering payroll and maintaining employee records. You prepare reports and recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover. You establishe an in-house employee training system that addresses company training needs(incl. Consolidating the needs in training and ranking of priorities, Organizing and planning the training in conjunction with departmental manager, inductions for new staff, records). You develop and implement personnel evaluation programs. You administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity.
With an University degree in HR, Law or equivalent, you are fluent in both english and french. You have at least04 years experience in a same position.
