FEINMETALL develops and manufactures contact probes and testing technology for the electronics and semiconductor in the automotive industry, telecommunications, medical technology, energy technology and many other areas.
Scope of the job
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for the full relationship between the subsidiary and the customers in Tunisia. He/she is engaged in a variety of tasks including sales, project management, coordination, relationship management, negotiation and the exploitation and development of opportunities.
Key areas of responsibilities and accountability
Manage the accounts and the established relationship with the aim of total customer satisfaction
Build a good network at all levels up to the top management
Provide commercial and technical expertise through high-quality sales presentations and product trainings
Search for and find new project opportunities as well as develop business within the key account using both current and potential future products
Work as a coordinating interface with the key customer and support the implementation of specific tasks or projects
Interact with other Sales Engineers to potentially co-ordinate or support on specific tasks or projects
Inform the customer team regularly about latest developments and opportunities with your key customer
Participate in project meetings related to the key account and check the initiation and the
implementation of commercial actions
Organize, coordinate and look after customer visits.

Skills:
University or Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering ideally coupled with a
Master or Bachelor in Business Administration
Languages: Arabic, English, French, German is a plus.
Experience:
Experience/Internship in a Customer management or Sales Engineer role in the Electronic,
Wire Harness, Automotive industry is a plus.
