Description de l'annonce:

To develop and maintain all necessary financial controls, systems and processes to ensure the efficient and effective management of the Company’s finances and compliance with statutory requirements. To produce timely and accurate statutory and management accounting and other management and financial information.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Maintain statutory books of account in accordance with Tunisian legislation
  • Preparation of monthly financial reports package to Group Finance (adhering to 3 day close with accurate and robust data)
  • Treasury, foreign exchange and cash management
  • Preparation of budget and rebudget data 
  • Preparation of regular short term P&L and cash flow forecasts
  • Liaise with local external auditors and management of the Tunisian subsidiaries annual audit
  • Responsibility for recruiting and developing a local Finance team and management of the team
  • Part of the local multi-functional management team and to fully participate in the general management of the subsidiary 
  • Carry out other comparable duties as required by the Line Manager

ANY SPECIAL CONDITIONS: 

  • The ability/flexibility to travel as required
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

  • Degree educated/Similar would be desirable
  • Internationally recognised accountancy qualification
  • Several years’ proven experience in relevant role and industry
  • Treasury, foreign exchange and cash management experience
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Be able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Competent in the use of MS Office applications and proprietary software
