Le Facility Management est la gestion de l’environnement de travail d’une entreprise et des activités support, externalisées et regroupées sous une responsabilité unique, pour une durée pluriannuelle.Ce concept répond aux entreprises désirant:

(la sécurité, la propreté, les services partagés, l’organisation d’évènements, l’impression …)
• Les services aux occupants

(le matériels mis à disposition, la gestion du courrier,  les voyages, le service de conciergerie …)

Un mode d’organisation permettant à l’entreprise de se focaliser et se recentrer sur son activité de base, en reportant sur un tiers la responsabilité des fonctions productives.

Our company searching an Facilities Coordinator who can build a thriving community while delivering impactful business experiences.

The Facilities Coordinator is empowered to help implement an approach that will foster employee community and delight clients and customers while ensuring the space meets the needs of the organization.

The Facilities Coordinator is also responsible for the delivery of workplace services and office safety & security.

Being responsible in the delivery of all required workplace services and serve as the primary contact with the local Customer.

- This includes but is not limited to overseeing all maintenance services such as janitorial, specialty cleaning, pest control, catering services, space planning and security & safety programs at the office and assisting in trouble shooting issues with the various security systems.

- Overseeing the implementation of established contracts to make sure such services are performed at the contracted time, term and conditions. Enforcing established service levels keeping in mind the needs of the local staff.

- Office Operations : Providing support for budgeting processes including annual planning, forecasting and developing recommendations for the office. Creating and maintaining monthly budget summaries to track planned spending and actual expenditures in the finance tools and manage to the approved budget.

Employee Engagement : Assisting with the Employee Communications plan and creating an informed and engaged workforce. Increasing efficiencies and implementing office management model.

The Facilities Coordinator needs to demonstrate high client and customer service orientation, innovative problem solving, and efficient process management. This role requires a self-starting leader who is interested in identifying and proactively addressing opportunities to improve stakeholder experiences.
