Multinational company in textiles are looking for a General  manager 

You can expect a challenging, multifaceted task with many design possibilities in a committed and international team with high ambitions. You will receive intensive training from us so that you are very familiar with the company's services and processes.

The company employs 280 best-trained employees - some of them have been within the company for 20 years. The Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) regularly audits the company. The production site is located in Mateur. It has 240 sewing workstations and a capacity of approximately 300,000 pieces per year.

Your tasks and challenges:

 You have overall responsibility for the production site with all departments including human resources and budget

 You will ensure the organization of production, taking into account economic, scheduling and technical aspects

 You are visionary in terms of market requirements and implementation of new processing methods

 You are able to manage and develop your employees in a way that they work independently and on their own responsibility

 You will introduce and implement the DIN EN ISO 9001 with all necessary measures

 You maintain the necessary contacts with all local authorities and other institutions and organizations

What do you offer?

 Ideally you have several years of experience in a comparable position

 You have a professional background in the clothing technology sector, alternatively in the commercial sector with comparable experience in the relevant field of activity

 You have knowledge of key performance indicators and manage the company on the basis of this

 You are experienced in dealing with ERP - systems and merchandise management systems; relevant IT knowledge and an affinity for these systems is a prerequisite.

 You speak fluent French and Arabic, English and optional German

 You have a high level of intercultural competence

 You have your permanent residence, ideally in the region. You are also willing to travel and you have a driving license

 You are a dynamic, committed personality with a convincing appearance, assertiveness and empathy
