Customer Care Consultant Multilanguage (H/F)
Missions:
- Provide everyday client support by responding to inquiries by phone and/or digital channels in English and French/Arabic languages
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain and improve performance by adhering to standards and guidelines
- Renovate job knowledge by studying new service descriptions; participate in educational opportunities
Profile:
- You have a degree in Management or equivalent diploma
- You are fluent in English and French/Arabic (written and spoken)
