As part of our growth in Tunis, we are looking to hire a BI Team Leader, who is passionate by Management and BI Development and would like to have a career in an international company, in the Private Banking sector, within an exciting work environment.

You will Manage a highly motivated development team working on providing solutions for the private banking sector in which you will lead the existing global development Team in Tunis and Geneva.


  • Gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders identify and understand business needs and converting these into Technical specification, Data Model and ETL design
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with different consultant
  • An understanding of project management planning techniques
  • Maintain Release Notes related to specific Client’s Reports
  • Ensure the quality of all deliveries in the better delay
  • Promote a culture of excellence, quality, and professionalism through the use of development best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

-At least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.

-At least 5 years of experience as a BI team leader

-Experience in Data mining, Dashboards, ETL design, data profiling, master data, quality, and performance principles.

-Experience in Finance and Banking domain will be an advantage

-Good knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL,Oracle and SQL Server

-Good knowledge of BI Tools

-Good written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English Language
