We are looking for a Team Leader to complete the accounting team at our head office in Sousse.

The profile we are searching for has:

• French conversational level (B2);

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of accounting;

• Real qualities of Team Leader - 2 years of experience in the coordination and animation of a team;

• Very good skills in organizing and prioritizing tasks;

• Presence of mind, curiosity, flexibility and adaptability to unforeseen situations;

• Balanced nature, diplomacy and tact in approach.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate a team of 6 accountants;

• Organize and monitor the daily activity of the team,

• Follow the quantitative and qualitative objectives set;

• Analyze and evaluate the results of the team;

• Offer training to new team members;

• Motivate the team and create a pleasant working atmosphere;

• Ensure compliance with established procedures and strategies.
