Using our software, our customers drive business processes in their logistics, manufacturing, sales or after-sales service departments. Most of our software installations integrate with other software solutions of our customers like enterprise resource planning (ERP), time-management, document management or other legacy systems.

Project Manager / Consultant
We are looking for a project manager or consultant specialized in software projects and business software for our CRM and after-sales service project team based in Nabeul. You will communicate with our existing customers to collect and channel new requirements, create specifications and requirement documents as well as coordinate the estimation of development efforts. You will analyze and deliver the implemented software features in time and budget and make sure the deliverables meets the specification in terms of quality, reliability and features. You will accompany the software project lifecycle from start to finish involving specification, estimation, quality assurance, delivery, defect tracking and maintenance.
- You will specify new feature requirements with new and existing customers from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France. To do this you need to understand our product, the target market and the needs of our business customers
- You will discuss the business aspects and possible technical implementations with our software development team in Nabeul and create estimations for the realization to drive our sales process
- Create project plans and schedule work packages as well as keep track of budget and time of your projects using our project management tool
- Be responsible for the satisfaction of our customers who will be working closely with you, to make sure the delivered features are meeting the specification in terms of business value, scalability and reliability
Skills and Traits
If you are the ideal candidate, you are likely a people person and feel comfortable meeting new people and building a professional relationship quickly. You are data driven, flexible and seek both prove and disprove through testing. You possess communication skills, which allow you to easily engage decision makers and project managers of small, medium and large enterprise customers. You are excellent at communicating in both written and spoken French, English (CEFR C1 or above) and have the professionalism to work with our existing customers and potential prospects from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France. Existing German knowledge (CEFR B2/C1 or above) will be very much appreciated but is not mandatory.
You will need to learn the technical knowledge for our software product, therefore a familiarity and fluency with software applications is highly desirable but non-essential. Valued areas of work experience include Project management for internal or external software projects, responsibility for a group of engineers, negotiation and responsibility for time schedules and budgeting aspects of projects. Valued education: BAC +4/ BAC +5 in Business, Communication,French, English, Engineering, etc; Technical and engineering backgrounds are welcome to apply.
