The ICRC Delegation in Libya – temporarily located in Tunis - seeks to fill the following position:
The position is based in Tunis
The position is part of the ICRC Libya Communication team and requires a person having solid experience in research, media monitoring with a strong capacity to gather, synthesize and share timely information on specific humanitarian topics

To gather news and analysis on Libya of humanitarian and socio-political nature
To share daily media monitoring focusing on topical issues
To provide topical research on specific themes and issues
Master’s degree in media studies, social sciences
Experience as a researcher, journalist or working in NGO / Think Tank etc
Very good knowledge of Libyan socio-political environment
Knowledge of Libyan and Foreign media which covers Libya a must
Fully proficient and shall be able to write and translate well in English and Arabic. Knowledge of French extremely useful for this role.
