Challenges:
• Build/Maintain plan for workforce supply and demand
• Act as a Headhunter
• Ensure standard Indirect recruitment's process' are implemented and executed. (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
• Ensure Corporate Branding in recruitment webs and advertisements (Internal/External) and coordinate with related departments.
• Design and Coordinate regional and national recruitment campaigns in partnership with related departments.
• Develop, refine,and fine-tune the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channels and recruitment sources
• Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and contribute/implement appropriate best practices in the organization
• Build a healthy and optimum relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
• Ensure the Quatitative & Qualitative satisfaction of the Internal customers recruitment's requests in line with process', dealines and Leoni strategy
• Draft employment offer letter in coordination with the Internal customers
• Monitor and constantly Improuve the costs of the indirect recruitment process
• Be able to conduct job interviews
• Act as a main point of contact for managers regarding indirect recruitment topics
• Update and Monitor KPIs, Dashboards for the Indirect Recruitment process
• Proficient organization and time management skills
• Lead, Manage and develop the team of HR Indirect Recruitment Officers
• Manage team performance and progress
• Design training recruitment for HR Indirect Recruitment Officers
• Regularly measure / monitor performance and ensure corrective actions are taken when necessary in order to increase performance of the Indirect recruitment team's "delivery"
• Make checks of contact persons regarding their entry in one of the Terror lists with SAP GTS before proceeding to recruitment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
