Finance Manager - Real Estate Promo Djibouti

* Oversee the whole financial operation ncluding Fixed assets, inventories, taxes, financial accounting and management accounting as well as managing its' statutory reporting and compliance requirements.
* Prepare required report on the status of construction projects and recognize project revenue and margins according to relevant standards.
* Ensuring the smooth operations of the department in terms of timely monthly management accounts and other projections required
* Provide financial analysis of trade debtors ageing and liase with management executives on follow up actions to mitigate delay in cash collection
* Create strong internal controls, processes and policies leading to the completion of annual audits.
* Assist to lead the finance executives in Vietnam subsidiaries and joint ventures
* Liaise with auditors, bankers, company secretary, and senior management and facilitate the completion of condition precedents documents for loan draw-down
* Recommend work improvement process to transform Finance team and operations

* Degree or professional qualification in Accounting
* Minimum 5-6 years of working experience in Construction industry will have added advantage
* Familiar with Accpac accounting software.
* Meticulous in numbers
* Proactive to drive change in operations and business development
* Sound financial and management accounting knowledge
