 Engineering Manager 

To coordinate and organize Industrial Engineering and Maintenance activities in order to achieve the company’s objectives in terms of efficiency, reliability, quality and operational performance.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, organize and coordinate the Industrial Engineering, Maintenance and General Services teams and ensure achievement of agreed departmental objectives.
• Ensure the proper operation of heating and ventilation systems, water supply systems, compressed-air systems and other general installations.
• Plan, monitor and verify preventive maintenance activities for compressors, general installations and production equipment.
• Follow up internal and external machine repairs and verify the conformity and effectiveness of completed repairs.
• ·Prepare, manage and monitor departmental investment budgets and investment proposals for equipment, repairs and new machines.
• Define departmental objectives, resources and action plans together with the team and management, and monitor performance through appropriate KPIs.
• Support production areas through efficiency and improvement activities, including OEE, 5S, SMED and TPM initiatives.
• Ensure machine functionality after TPM implementation and contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance programs.
• Coordinate preparation of technical documentation for audits and represent the company during relevant audits and customer-related technical delegations when required.
• Select, integrate, evaluate, coach and develop team members in cooperation with HR and management.
• Coordinate external service providers and technicians involved in maintenance or technical projects.
• Ensure availability of spare parts and request purchases according to internal procedures.
• Participate in the Energy Management Team and related energy performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, emergency, environmental and waste-management requirements within the area of responsibility.
• Take appropriate action in the event of accidents, fire, equipment hazards or imminent risks and ensure that unsafe work is stopped.
• Perform other duties assigned by management in line with the position's responsibilities

2.Education & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience and 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Experience in quality management, manufacturing quality systems, audits, process control and continuous improvement is relevant to the role.
