Customer Service Representative

Ulysse-call center, based in Sousse since 2008, is looking for motivated & talented Sales Agents promoting psychic readings to expand its customers' service team!

 Your responsibilities:

●Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers!

●Responding promptly to customer inquiries

●Communicating with customers over the phone

●Registering & prospecting new clients and conducting all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

Your profile :

●Perfect spoken and written English

●Motivated, with good interpersonal and communication skills and have a sense of service 

●Experience in an English call center is a plus

●Basic computer literacy

We offer:

●A CDI contract upon hiring and paid training, 

●A base salary of 700 TND net initially. After the first 3 months are completed, the base salary goes up to 900 TND net.

●Attendance bonus

●Monthly incentives which can reach more than 1000 TND net. Making your salary reach more than 2k
