Work Instruction Technician

Purpose of Role

• To create, update, and standardize work instructions and machine operating modes, 
• enabling operators to perform tasks safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. 
• The role supports production continuity, process reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

• Create, update, and standardize work instructions and operating procedures.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards and ISO.
• Train and support operators on the correct application of instructions.
• Identify and propose opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering.

Person Specification

• Ability to follow work instructions and machine operating modes.
• Organized, detail-oriented, team player with safety awareness.
• Willingness to learn and proactive attitude.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

• Academic level (BAC +3)
• ERP; Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Power Point. Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Work directly on the shopfloor to observe operations and ensure alignment between defined standards and actual
• practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing routings.

Desirable:

• Experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools is an advantage.
