Description de l'annonce

Purpose of Role :

Produce parts in compliance with established procedures to ensure the product meets the requirements specified by the customer.

Key Accountabilities :

Adjustment of welding heads
The operation and adjustment of presses and CNC machines
Improvement of existing tooling
Ensure that quality control procedures are followed
Read and interpret technical drawings
Always seek to improve production, quality, and processes
Report any drawing issues or problems in control plans
Teach any new beginner/apprentice as needed
Provide support (technical or otherwise) to any member of your team
Participate in the process of handling non-conforming products
Use the data collection system (PDCS)
Additionally, any other reasonable request

Person Specification :

• Mastery of CNC and Bihler and MISK press settings at a very high level

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Motivated, flexible individual eager to continuously learn best practices

• Ability to show initiative and a positive attitude

• Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills

• Comfortable working alone and/or within a team environment, contributing and sharing best practices, resources, and ideas to continuously improve

Academic level :

Bachelor Degree, BTS or BTP Mechanical or Electromechanical
