Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Tunis, Tunisia
Reporting to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Overview of Role:
We are looking for people like us; hardworking, motivated, driven and of course fun. Thisrole willberesponsibleforallaspectsof recruitmentforNationalPen,aspartof the Talent Acquisition and People team. If you are actively involved with end-to-end
recruitment,thenthisroleisforyou.
Thisincludesidentifyingcandidatesfromvariousrecruitmentsources,presentpre-qualified candidates who are the best match for the assigned positions, screening, ensure compliance with our hiring policies and practices to meet overall recruiting goals in a multicultural and global environment.
Primary responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
Partner with hiring managers to deliver tailored recruitment solutions to their needs
Conduct screenings and interviews to identify top talent
Optimize recruitment processes and implement best practices
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment projects

Requirements & Qualifications:
Fluent in English and French
Fluency in Another European language (Spanish,Italian,German) is a plus
- Previous recruitment experience is plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel,outlook...)
Communication skills, particularly the ability to build relationships across departments internally as well as with external third-party partners and candidates
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently
Our Hiring Process:
• Application Review
• Phone screening (if your profile matches the role requirements)
• 1-2 interview(s) with the Marketing Manager if the screening is successful (45 minutes to 1 hour)
• Final decision
