We are looking for a talented HR Supervisor – Recruitment & Talent Development to join us. Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Supervise end‑to‑end recruitment processes (workforce planning, sourcing, selection, hiring)
- Ensure timely recruitment aligned with approved manpower plans
- Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection decisions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and competency needs
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and external partners
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
2. Onboarding & Integration
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires
- Ensure proper induction, documentation, and integration plans
- Support managers during probation follow‑up and evaluation
3. Training & Competency Development
- Identify training needs based on performance reviews, skills gaps, and business requirements
- Develop and implement annual training plans
- Coordinate internal and external training programs
- Track training effectiveness and employee skill development
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives
4. Performance & Capability Support
- Support managers in competency assessments and development plans
- Contribute to performance management processes (KPIs, evaluations, development actions)
- Promote continuous learning and talent development culture
5. HR Policies & Compliance
- Ensure recruitment and development activities comply with internal HR policies and labor laws
- Maintain accurate HR records related to recruitment and training
- Contribute to HR audits and internal reviews
- Support compliance with quality, ethics, and governance standards
6. Reporting & HR Analytics
- Prepare recruitment and training reports (headcount, lead time, costs, training hours)
- Monitor HR KPIs related to workforce capability and talent acquisition
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvement
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, with strong focus on recruitment and training
- Proven experience in supervising HR activities or junior HR staff is an asset
Technical Skills
- Solid knowledge of recruitment methods and competency‑based interviews
- Experience with training needs analysis and learning programs
- Familiarity with HR systems, HR reporting, and Microsoft Office tools
Languages
- French: Fluent
- English: Professional level (required)
- Arabic: Advantage
