As Responsable Administratif et Financier, you will be at the heart of our financial and administrative operations. You will work closely with management, external partners (banks, accounting firms, lawyers), and the internal team to ensure smooth operations and transparent reporting.
Your Key Missions
🔹 Finance, Administrative & Accounting:
- Coordinate with accounting firms and banks to ensure proper bookkeeping.Manage cash flow: payments (salaries, purchases) & receivables (sales, services).
- Handle intercompany transfers and cash projections.
- Liaise with lawyers to ensure legal and administrative compliance.Lead the company’s annual financial audit.
- Support the team with administrative documents (contracts, taxes, accounting).
🔹 Reporting:
- Prepare and share key reports with management & shareholders:Weekly cash position.Monthly cash flow report & budget vs. actual.Quarterly management accounts.
