Finance Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Consultant with a proven track record in ERP implementation to join our growing team. As a Finance Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients optimize their financial operations through the effective implementation and customization of ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

•  Support the ERP implementation process, from planning and configuration to testing and go-live.

•  Customize ERP systems to support specific financial processes, such as general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, costing and financial reporting.

•  Provide guidance on customization requirements and work with development teams as needed.

•  Train end-users on how to effectively utilize the ERP system and provide ongoing support.

•  Identify opportunities to streamline financial workflows and improve efficiency.

•  Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

•  Fluency in Italian (Both Written & Spoken) is essential.

•  Bachelor's/ Master’s/ Engineering degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

•  2 to 3 years of experience in financial consulting or a related field.

•  In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and their financial modules.

•  Proven ability to configure and customize ERP systems to meet specific business requirements.

•  Experience in data migration and integration processes.

•  Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.

•  Ability to train and support end-users on ERP system functionality.

•  Additional certifications related to business analysis, or specific technologies are highly desirable.
