The HUBER + SUHNER Tunisia company, which is part of an international Swiss corporation, is currently developing its operations in Tunisia. We are currently looking for:
Supply Chain Manager
Summary of main purpose of this job:
Ensure
a high delivery performance by putting an efficient and reliable logistic
organisation (capacity planning, clear flows, availability of components,
transportation,…)
Motivation
and Development of the supply chain team
Essential requirements of skills, experience, physical requirements etc.:
1)
University level : supply chain management, logistics, or equivalent
2)
Professional experience – minimum 8 years. At least 3 years in a similar
position
3)
Good knowledge in supply chain management: inbound and outbound flows,
international transportation, procurement, production capacity planning,
customs clearance, flows optimization, stock management
4)
SAP advanced Knowledge
5)
Fluent written and spoken English
6)
Very Good Leadership skills
7)
Strong interpersonal skills

Stress resistance
9)
Good organizational skills,

Very good communication skills.

High Availability and flexibility
Main tasks, duties, authorization limits and deputy functions:
Manage the supply chain department (production planners, materials managers, WH supervisor, Shipment & customs coordinator)Responsible for all customs relations, regulations and related documents for transportation
Establish, improve and lead the inbound and outbound logistic flows
Lead, motivate and develop the Logistic team
Key User for SAP: Training End User, Support Implementation, Incident escalation
Take responsibility for KPI‘s: Delivery performances DP1.1, DP2, stock level, availability of components, inventory variances, inventory turns.
Daily and monthly Reporting of KPI’s
In coordination with the production department, initiate adequate actions to optimize and adjust capacity to the workload.
Lead the continuous improvement process in the logistic area
Deploy the Global Management System processes in Logistic area.
Support new production transfers from other H+S Sites to H+S Tunisia such as ensuring availability of materials and products
Organize training and education of his/her team and regular update of skill matrix
Ensure safe work environment in the zones of responsibility (proper use of Personal Protective Equipment, respect of safety rules, qualified forklift drivers, …)
Implement H+S Lean system in areas of responsibility.
Coordinate IT tasks with H+S Group
Handle logistic customer claims
