Binit Nearshore Services (BinitNS) is a Consulting and Services company operating in the ITO and BPO areas. We advise our European Customers for their IT projects: From Business Process Digitalization to Infrastructure evolutions and Cloud migrations.

One of our clients, a European Financial Services Company, is building a financial business in Germany. The IT infrastructure and software are built from scratch with an IT team that is between Europe and Tunis. BinitNS is acting as an advisor to the management team on this project.

In this context, we are hiring a Senior Data Engineer who will be part of the designing and implementation of data solutions that support data warehousing initiatives. You will work closely with data analysts and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity and availability while optimizing performance for large data volumes.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable database solutions in MS SQL Server, focusing on DataWareHouse architecture.
Implement ETL processes to ensure efficient data transformation and loading from various sources.
Utilize T-SQL, PowerShell, and C# for scripting and automation tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and support business intelligence initiatives.
Monitor and optimize database performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Required Skills:

An engineering or a master’s degree in IT with more than 5 years of experience.
Expertise in MS SQL Server and database design, particularly in a DataWareHouse context.
Proven experience handling large data volumes and implementing ETL processes.
Proficient in T-SQL, PowerShell, and C#.
Experience with MS Azure and cloud data services would be a plus
Familiarity with Power BI and business intelligence tools.
Good command of the English language.
