ArpuPlus leading on venture builder & one of the top mobile entertainment and communication solutions providers in the MENA Region is currently seeking an experienced IT Project Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Supervise and lead the team to achieve set objectives.
- Continuous Training: Ensure ongoing training for team members to help them progress to senior roles.
- Team Control: Monitor and manage team activities to maximize efficiency.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with technical and marketing teams to integrate and launch projects successfully.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- RBT Management: Ensure Upload.RBT and tracking revenue with operators
- Helpdesk Supervision: Oversee the helpdesk to ensure quick and effective responses to user requests.
Required Skills:
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
