You are responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, assessing and onboarding employees in a company. You tend to focus on long-term human resources planning and finding appropriate candidates for positions that require a very specifics skillset assessing, selecting and hiring. You partcipate on Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing. You conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions. You desing and manage your recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.). You serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events. You represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate and partners communities.
With a higher degree in Management, Psychology, Business Management, Marketing, Human Resources Management..You have significant experience in a similar position and you are fluent in both english and french,
