Covid-19 re-shaped RIADVICE business model and we now offering hosting for BigBlueButton to around 30 customers around the world distributed in 15 countries with daily peaks of 12k concurrent users.

As a Project Team Manager, you will help managing a skilled teams of production, infrastructure, support, digital marketing and graphic design having less than 10 people overall. The selected candidate will follow established guidelines to support our commitment to providing world-class service.

Job Description :

Responsibilities and duties:

• Leading project planning sessions.
• Coordinating staff and internal resources.
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required.
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines.
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
• Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
• Managing large and diverse teams
• Designing risk mitigation plan
• Help designing and signing off on contracts

Job requirements and qualifications:

• Master’s degree in relevant field (Management, Business or Business Administration)
• IT or Computer Science Knowledge highly required.

Additionally, Project Managers should possess high levels of the below skills to perform well in the role:
