RIADVICE A Tunisian company headed by one of the longest contributing developers to BigBlueButton. The company offers hosting for BigBlueButton, customization of the product and support in English, French and Arabic.

Covid-19 re-shaped RIADVICE business model and we now offering hosting for BigBlueButton to around 30 customers around the world distributed in 15 countries with daily peaks of 12k concurrent users.

Job Description :

Responsibilities and duties:

• Plan and implement new designs.
• Optimize existing user interface designs.
• Test for intuitivity and experience.
• Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centric solutions.
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
• Create prototypes for new product ideas.
• Test new ideas before implementing.
• Conduct an ongoing user research.
• Word directly with the digital marketing and communication teams of planned graphics for social media.

Job requirements and qualifications:

• New graduates are welcome.
• UI Design portfolio or book. [Mandatory, no candidate will be accepted without it]
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to discuss and explain design options.
• Detail oriented.
• Critical thinker.
• Problem solver and customer-centric.
• Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat...
• Experience with HTML5 & CSS3
• Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.
• Professional English, French and Arabic.
