You have the ability to plan, prioritize and manage execution with a high level of reactivity & autonomy. You are familiar with end-to-end delivery motions & associated processes, and expertise in Services, Customer Support or similar operations environment, and associated systems. You have an excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influencing skills up to and including Director level.
You have an experience working on IT systems - SNOW, MS Dynamics, SAP, Salesforce, RPA Solutions, and similar. You have an excellent facilitation skills and perfect fluency in English, rigorous, analytical, structured, organized.
