Voicecom is an experienced e-commerce solution provider specialized in helping brands to partner with online marketplaces. Our team brings over 12 years of multichannel experience. For our modern and comfortable office in Tunisia, we are looking for System Support Specialist.
For our office in Tunis, we are looking for a System Support Specialist.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Ability and desire to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Excellent written grammar and spelling skills in English for both e-mail and online interactive chat
• Experience troubleshooting basic network issues
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Ability to work responsibly with minimal supervision
Desired Skills (not required, but will put you higher on the list)
• Existing experience providing technical support to E-commerce sellers
• College/University degree in a Mathematics or Business Process related field
• Good familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• College/University degree
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to multitask and properly prioritize in a fast paced environment
• Ability to communicate a technical solution in a non-technical way
• Ability to learn independently

You will be supporting clients in the US so your hours of work will reflect their holidays and business hours.
When fully trained this will be 2.pm to 11.pm in the morning. Training may be out of these hours.
