Challenges:
Ensures planning for his/her area of responsibility services, goals, capacity and budgets.
Ensures planning and coordination of specific subject areas.
Takes decisions within his/her area of responsibility.
Represents his/her area of responsibility and subjects externally and internally.
Coordinates preparation and release of internal instructions/documentation within his/her area of responsibility.
Manages specific know-how.
Initiates and ensures optimization and standardization of new and existing processes.
Assesses solutions and takes decision for deviations and escalates according to defined escalation paths.
Anticipates future business needs, enables synergies across the entire area of the responsibility.
Is responsible for organizational management, consistently supports the organization's optimization (right people, utilization and allocation).
Actively contributes to P&L (profit & lost) results of the respective business within the area of the responsibility. Drives personnel cost management within the area of the responsibility.
Works actively in (business) projects.
Closely cooperates with (business) partners.
Collaborates closely with Centers of Expertise and provides input to Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Mobility and Compensation & Benefits for execution of global and local country programs/strategies/ policies/procedures/tooling.
Drives standardization and optimization through use of services by global functions and ensures consistency with policies, procedures and other standards
Qualifications:
Level of education : Bachelors Degree, MBA or other postgraduate qualification
Studies / branch of study / degree : Human Resources Management or related field
Work experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant HR roles with, preferably in Automotive sector.
Leadership experience : Minimum of 2 years of Leadership experience in relevant HR roles with, preferably in Automotive sector
