Responsibilities
As Partner Account Manager you will be responsible for:
- Building productive and profitable working relationships with partners.
- Identifying and contacting potential partners for new business opportunities.
- Providing product and technical support to partners.
- Addressing partner concerns and queries promptly and ensure partner satisfaction.
- Developing competency and qualification plans for partners.
- Working with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies for lead generation.
- Developing business plan to improve sales and profitability.
- Working with development, marketing and services teams to achieve revenue goals.
- Coordinating with partners to prioritize, plan and manage business activities.
- Reviewing and revising business plans based on partner needs.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of partner’s marketing plans and recommend improvements.
- Working with partners in pipeline review and management activities.
- Overseeing partner rewards and recognition programs.
- Organizing partner meetings to discuss about any issues and updates.
- Participating in business review and revenue forecasting activities.

- Sub-Saharan African Countries.
- North Africa.
- France.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- You have at least 5+ years channel and direct selling experience.
- Equivalent software industry experience in IT systems, security, enterprise or SaaS Business.
- Technical skills are highly appreciated.
- Highly polished written communication skills.
- Superior verbal communication skills. Ability to translate technology features into business benefits.
- Exceptional management, interpersonal, written and presentation skills.
- Reputation of success and you are known for building relationships with various partners in your defined region.
- Able to travel as needed.
